"You've got that freedom... but i've got you."

"We just want people to turn up and have a top time y'know? If everyone goes home pissed, happy and singing the tunes then we've done our job".

Dan Clackett, frontman of rising Rock n Roll band Liquid Limousine, is clearly a man of simple pleasures. "We love what we do, every night we're on stage is like cup final night, we just want to get involved and do the business y'know?"

It might not sound like a universally shocking statement to make, but in these times of fashionable indie bands, saturated with pencil ties and inventive haircuts, you can tell that these boys mean business.

"it's all about having the songs" chips in drummer Rich Soanes, "we just play songs we'd love if we were in the crowd; anything we wouldn't go out and buy ourselves gets dumped - simple."

Formed in January 2007, and already experienced with regular London live shows, the band are certainly working for the plaudits they have received thus far.
